Selina has over 10 years of experience working as a project manager in the public and private sectors, and has extensive experience working and volunteering with non-profit organizations. Selina has a passion for creating positive social change, and compassionate learning.

Selina began her career in the public sector working in Business Advisory Services with the Government of Ontario, and later moved to the education sector working at the University of British Columbia for over 6 years. While working as the Undergraduate Medical Education Coordinator at UBC, Selina held a personal interest in integrating a holistic approach to EDI in the MD curriculum.

In her role at Inclusivity, Selina utilizes her organization and coordination skills to support assessment projects and truly enjoys supporting clients in their EDI journey. In her spare time Selina enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, and volunteering with BC Children’s Hospital and Prostate Cancer Canada.

Selina holds Bachelors’ of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in Global Studies and Political Science, and a minor in French from University of Calgary. In her studies, she has also focused heavily on conflict resolution, and language studies.
