Kitty Ku (she/her) is a Vancouver-based Project Coordinator who is passionate about championing equity, diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Growing up in Taiwan and immigrating to Canada, Kitty has been challenged with integrating to various new environments. From a young age, she has always appreciated and valued the importance of equity, diversity and inclusion, and she wishes to do her part in supporting these initiatives within various organizations.   

In her role at Inclusivity, Kitty utilizes her organization and coordination skills to consistently manage various ongoing projects. She is a collaborative team player who truly enjoys building and cultivating client relationships, as well as ensuring that project timelines are always on track for both internal and external stakeholders.  

Prior to Inclusivity, she has worked in various fields including, but not limited to, Marketing, Project Management, Executive Administration, Brand Management, Journalism and Customer Service. She has worked for multiple industries including a start-up company, a non-profit organization, big corporations, the airport industry as well as for various brands within the beauty industry. Having experience within multiple fields has allowed Kitty to stay adaptable and it has fueled her passion for working with people from many different backgrounds. 

Kitty holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of British Columbia, with a major in Anthropology and a minor in French. In her studies, she has also focused heavily on International Relations and Communications.
