As a culturally diverse leader and a strong believer in the importance and benefits of a more inclusive workplace, Kodi takes pride in facilitating leadership programs that aim at promoting diversity and inclusiveness to support leaders in overcoming personal unconscious biases and cultural differences so they can become inclusive impactful leaders. He is committed to serving leaders to make the positive change they need in order to become more congruent and lead from a place of influence, authenticity, and purpose.
Kodi offers a unique multicultural perspective on communication, combining his professional experience in Canada and North America with an extensive personal, academic, project management and business track record across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He brings a wide range of knowledge and understanding of different business cultures to support his clients in overcoming communication challenges and managing diverse teams. The end goal is to have clients feeling confident in their abilities to create a powerful impact with the various audiences they communicate and interact with.
A holder of a master’s degree in E-commerce from Dalhousie University, Kodi’s passion for the excellence of the human being and his profound belief in the ability of each human to achieve what they really want, has led him to dive into the study of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming coaching); which is a solution and action oriented coaching approach. He’s become certified as a Post-Master NLP Coach. With a home base in Montreal, Canada, he is fluent in French, English and Arabic and has basic proficiency in Portuguese.
