Adwoa Bondzie (she/her) is a dynamic project manager passionate about promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives within organizations. With over a decade of experience managing successful projects and initiatives across diverse industries, Adwoa has honed her expertise in project planning and execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, performance measurement, and evaluating EDI programs and initiatives. She has collaborated with diverse teams, including senior leadership, HR professionals, and employee resource groups, to implement strategies that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion across various industries. She believes that the ability to cultivate strong relationships is instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences.
As a Client Partner, Adwoa coordinates the planning, execution, and evaluation of EDI projects and initiatives within organizations. She works closely with key clients to define project scope, establish timelines and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure that EDI projects are completed on time. Leveraging her background in Information Technology, she employs technology and collaborative problem-solving techniques to overcome challenges and meet project objectives. Adwoa holds an MSc in Public Policy and an MBA with a specialization in International Business and Strategy from the University of Bath and Reading respectively, both in the UK. She also holds a Project Management Certificate from Algonquin College in Ottawa.
Outside of work, Adwoa volunteers her time and expertise to support EDI initiatives that promote social justice and financial literacy among women in remote areas in Ghana. She has also contributed to global initiatives as a Research Associate with esteemed organizations like the World Health Organization and the United Nations Global Compact, further showcasing her dedication to driving positive change on a global scale.
