Lauren Martin (she/her), Senior Facilitator & Instructional Designer, Inclusivity

Lauren is a dynamic, transformational leader, consultant, and master facilitator with over 30 years of experience in EDI, leadership development, neuroscience and education. She brings to her work a deeply analytical, yet human-centered lens. As an instructional designer she specializes in creating engaging, interactive solutions that empower, inspire self-awareness, create positive change, foster deeper connection, and build stronger cultures of belonging. As a facilitator she is adept at fostering environments where open dialogue, empathy, and mutual understanding thrive. She is known for her empathetic approach and ability to engage participants through storytelling, active listening, and impactful facilitation.

Lauren’s background is enriched by her own lived experience as the daughter of a Chinese mother from San Francisco and a Black/French/Cherokee father from the French Quarter of New Orleans. This intersectional perspective informs her work, as she deeply understands the nuances of identity and the importance of creating spaces where all voices are heard, valued, and respected.
