Darryl is an ATD Master Trainer and facilitator, instructional designer, coach, and disruptor who is passionate about providing knowledge and skills to others so they can be their best selves at work and in life. With over 20 years in Learning and Development, he brings expertise in change management; understanding of the complexities of organizational structures; inclusion, diversity and belonging; and the importance of psychological safety.
Darryl’s focus on equity, diversity and inclusion has been grassroots orientated; creating employee resource groups, policies and a framework for inclusion councils to get started.
As well as getting his Master Trainer certification from Association for Talent and Development, Darryl is an Accredited Practitioner for Insights Discovery. He volunteers with the Canadian Mental Health Association facilitating Suicide Support Groups and answering their distress line.
