Cristina Chavez brings over 20 plus years of successful leadership development consulting experience to Inclusivity. She understands the cultural and psychological nuances that influence people’s behaviour, and she uses this to partner with clients to create solutions that improve work environments, ultimately driving change. Her experience working for several of the top 5 Global Management Firms, focusing on North America and Latin America, as well as being a talent assessor for the United Nations, contributes to her broader lens on human interactions, which she applies to her management consulting solutions. One constant in all the client feedback she receives is her ability to really listen and understand their situation, and people motivations. This builds the optimal client relationship resulting in highly impactful outcomes.

Cristina successfully partners with individuals and teams, on various fronts. She integrates facts, data, and people reflections to provide a well-rounded engagement. She offers an insightful yet practical, hands-on approach to create talent management solutions that fit the client’s context and needs. Her innate curiosity propels clients to long-term lasting solutions, rather than just focusing on the latest trends. With CEOs and Senior Executives, she boosts talent decision-making, and identification of strategies that can promote meaningful cultural change. As a leadership facilitator, she delivers in-person and virtual programs, focused on Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Essentials and Team Effectiveness. As an executive assessor and coach, she integrates the challenges of the role, the organisational expectations and the individual’s personality, into her dialogue, driving thoughtful reflection and action.

Originally from Mexico, her personal and professional journey has taken her to Canada, where she lives with her life partner. Understanding what it means to experience life as an immigrant, she embeds these insights into her work. Cristina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Psychoanalytical Diagnosis, a certificate in Systemic Coaching and is trained in various tools, such a Hogan, Birkman, 360’s.
