This workshop was exactly what we needed. I think every committee, whether they are just getting started or have been established for many years, should be having these discussions to make sure any work in this space is truly meaningful and impactful. This was one of the most engaging sessions I've attended on this topic and I greatly appreciated how motivating and safe it was to continue to unlearn, learn, and continue my allyship. The flow of the session was very thoughtful, and in particular I appreciated the inclusion of myths and present day stats.
