With a background in engineering and a strong commitment to systems thinking, Wyle brings a unique lens to organizational change—treating equity and inclusion not as ideals, but as strategic and operational priorities.
Originally from Yemen, Wyle immigrated to Canada in 2011 and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Victoria. His career spans engineering, leadership development, and large-scale transformation across sectors—from public institutions to nonprofits to global corporations. At the heart of his work is a belief that lasting change happens not by fixing individuals, but by redesigning the systems and structures that shape our work and communities.
