Wyle has been recognized as one of Canada’s thought leaders in organizational culture, for the solutions he has developed and re-engineered, including technology for assessing unconscious bias, the Culture Change Curve, and data analytics for EDI. In 2024 Wyle was awarded with a Canadian Medal of Honour and in 2023 he was recognized as one of Canada Top 25 Immigrants.
