Is psychological safety the same as inclusion? Is it about mental health? Does it mean avoiding conflict or making everyone feel comfortable? Or is it something else entirely?
Psychological safety has become a popular workplace term, but it is often used to describe very different things. In this webinar, we’ll challenge common assumptions and create clarity around what psychological safety actually means in a workplace context, and why it matters more than ever.
This session is designed to help participants build shared language and practical understanding of how psychological safety supports trust, learning, collaboration, innovation, and performance across teams.
In this session we’ll explore:
- Common myths and misunderstandings about psychological safety
- Why psychological safety is foundational to how people contribute and perform at work
- How psychological safety shows up through systems, leadership, and everyday interactions
- Who holds accountability, and how lived experience shapes how safety is felt
