Tough times reveal what kind of culture we really have. Let’s build trust —not tension.

In a world where political tension is everywhere—from global headlines to workplace hallways—many leaders are left wondering: How do we keep our teams connected when the world feels so divided?

Join Inclusivity team members Wyle Baoween and Sarah Mpenza for a timely and practical conversation on how to lead with empathy, courage, and clarity when tensions are high and differences feel personal. This isn’t about picking sides—it’s about picking the kind of culture you want to build.

Whether it’s during election seasons, major world events, or identity-driven debates, employees bring more than just their job titles to work—they bring their lived experiences, their fears, and their hopes. And avoiding hard conversations? That only breeds silence, not safety.

In this session you’ll also get access to our free resource guide, packed with insights and tools you can bring back to your organization right away. This conversation is for anyone who wants to lead with intention—even when the moment feels messy.

Let’s stop avoiding the hard stuff and start using it to grow.
