In recognition of World Mental Health Day on October 10th, we invite you and your teams to join a free webinar that highlights the connection between mental health and workplace safety.

This session, hosted in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association, will clarify the differences between mental health and mental illness and explore how these shape everyday workplace experiences. We will examine how stigma, bias, and microaggressions affect well-being, particularly for equity-deserving groups, and why addressing these risks is a key part of every employer’s responsibility.

Participants will leave with practical strategies to create workplaces that are psychologically safe, inclusive, and resilient, where mental health is central to organizational success.

Key takeaways:

  • Understand the distinctions between mental health and mental illness
  • Recognize how stigma, bias, and microaggressions impact workplace well-being
  • See how psychological health connects to health and safety obligations
  • Learn practical approaches to foster a mentally healthy workplace
