Neha Ahmed (she/her) is an experienced project and program management professional dedicated to operational excellence across the nonprofit, education, and global event sectors. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University and has earned professional certifications in project management from Google. Neha is passionate about streamlining workflows, engaging stakeholders, and improving everyday operations to support community growth.
With a diverse international background, Neha has managed complex initiatives ranging from Expo 2020 in Dubai to national non-profit programs across Canada. She has a strong track record of driving impactful community and educational programs, blending her operational expertise with a commitment to social impact. Recently, she demonstrated this by optimizing complex school operations at Gibraltar Leadership Academy and launching empowering workshops for racialized and marginalized communities as Program Director for Nisa Learning at the Nisa Foundation.
In her current role as Project Coordinator, Neha uses her skills in strategic planning and cross-functional communication to ensure seamless project delivery. She is dedicated to removing operational barriers and creating engaging, efficient environments that help teams succeed.
