Nadia Cétoute holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa. She joined the public service 25 years ago with significant experience in adult learning.  She is a seasoned facilitator and educator dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion. Over the past five years, she has held several leadership positions within the Department of National Defence (DND) in the area of diversity, equity  and inclusion. 

Throughout her career, she has supported individuals and organizations in examining systems of power, addressing bias, and building practical skills for inclusive leadership and collaboration. Known for her ability to navigate complex and sensitive conversations with clarity and compassion, Nadia helps learners move from awareness to action.

Outside the Public Service,  she  has over 15 years of hosting experience that run the gamut from weddings to various corporate functions and cultural events. Her candor and ability to relate to her partners and audience allow her to lead and engage with excellence as well as pave the way for others to utilize their talent in support of the community.
