Who should attend? This session is open to people of ALL genders. Though men & boys may be the subject of the conversation, those of us who care about and are connected to them in our communities have a stake in the conversation about changing the way we see, act, and think about masculinity.

When it comes to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, many organizations find themselves asking ‘where are the men?’

For many years, gender equity was framed as the liberation and advancement of women and girls, and only of late have we included other gender-diverse causes around trans and nonbinary people.

However, men are deeply impacted by their gender too, and conversations have not been put forward in DEI in ways that leave men feeling like they have a role to play other than that of ally—resulting in many men appearing stuck, apathetic, or even resistant.

Join us as we explore how to:

  • Challenge traditional gender norms.
  • Create an environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Drive systemic change in your organization.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity.

This event is offered at no charge, but registration is required. We look forward to seeing you there!
