We understand every team, organization and industry have a unique culture, so each course is designed to provide foundational concepts and opportunities for reflection and practical application. Using facilitator-led videos, exercises, guided self-reflections and sustained learning tools, our programs equip employees with knowledge, skills and strategies for embedding inclusion into their day-today work, and gives them the tools they need to take action.

Using facilitator-led videos, exercises, guided self-reflections and sustained learning tools, our programs equip employees with knowledge, skills and strategies for embedding inclusion into their day-today work, and gives them the tools they need to take action. Content is broken down into smaller modules centered around key concepts with approximately 40 minutes of digital content interaction per module (exclusive of time each learner spends on reflection questions and personal application assignments). All courses are WCAG 2.0 level AA compliant, meaning they are accessible with necessary screen reading capabilities or subtitles
The EDI Fundamentals Suite
This basic self-paced training package includes the following four, 40-minute modules:
- Foundations of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
- Understanding Unconscious Bias
- Mitigating Unconscious Bias
- Building Inclusive Cultures
Standalone modules
We also offer two standalone modules, separate of the fundamentals package:
- Navigating Race, Equity and Privilege for an Anti-Racist Workplace
- Understanding and Managing Microaggressions
Each course also includes a toolkit to support learners with a quick reference guide of key concepts, questions for reflection/discussion and additional resources. Our modules are designed to integrate with your LMS to support your ability to gather insight on your learners (e.g. number of users who have completed, in progress and not started the training).
